Chairman Rep. Mike Kelly (PA-16) represents Pennsylvania’s 16th Congressional District and resides in his hometown of Butler, Pennsylvania, the location of the assassination attempt. A resident of Butler for more than 60 years, Chairman Kelly has longstanding ties to the community where he and his family have operated their family business; where he coached youth sports, and where he served with several local, civic, and non-profit organizations prior to serving in Congress. Rep. Kelly is the author of the resolution creating the Task Force and will serve as its Chairman.
